Terms of Service

Ali Digital Tools provides digital subscription plan upgrades and access to premium software platforms including AI tools, streaming services, creative software, and developer tools at discounted prices. We operate as an independent reseller/upgrader and are based in Pakistan.

Upon confirmed payment, we deliver login credentials (email/password, invite links, or profile upgrade codes) for the subscription you purchased, via WhatsApp and/or email within 5–15 minutes. Some products may take up to 2 hours on busy days.

We accept EasyPaisa, Binance Pay, and NayaPay. All payments are in PKR or USDT. Payment must be completed before credentials are dispatched. Upload your payment screenshot during checkout to speed up processing.

Every purchase includes a 100% Replacement Warranty valid for the full duration of your purchased plan. If your subscription stops working for any reason on our end, contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID. We will replace your credentials within 30 minutes, at no extra cost. Warranty does NOT cover: (a) passwords or accounts modified by the customer, (b) ToS violations caused by the customer's own actions, (c) issues arising from sharing credentials beyond your personal use.

All sales are final once login credentials have been dispatched. We do not offer cash refunds after delivery. Instead, we provide full replacements under our warranty. If we fail to deliver credentials within 24 hours after confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us on WhatsApp for refund requests.

You agree to: (a) use the subscription for personal, non-commercial use only, (b) not share credentials with persons outside your household, (c) not screenshot or record the admin panel or credential details for public distribution, (d) contact us first via WhatsApp before initiating any disputes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved by good-faith negotiation via WhatsApp before any other action.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
